The Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) brings to a close its 45^th theater season by presenting D’Wonder Twins of Boac, a retro take of William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night happening from February 1 to March 3, 2013 at the PETA Theater Center.  The twins are portrayed by Cris Villonco and Chrome Cosio and they are joined by theater veterans Shamaine Centenera-Buencamino, Bodjie Pascua and Arnel Ignacio.

Set in the 1960’s, D’Wonder Twins of Boac will not only feature the music and fashion of that decade but will also focus on that time when Philippne cinema was in transition after its golden age. This is in line with the theme for PETA’s 45^th season which is No Screen Bigger Than Theater with their offerings for this season having close ties to cinema.

This modern Shakespeare adaptation is written by playwright and actor Rody Vera. 2011 PHILSTAGE Gawad Buhay! Awardee Maribel Legarda (Care Divas, William) directs this production while music is composed by Jeff Hernandez, choreography by Carlon Matobato, costumes by John Abul, set design by Lex Marcos and lighting design by Jon Jon Villareal.

The rest of the cast includes Juliene Mendoza, Gino Ramirez, Paolo Rodriguez, Carlon Matobato, Riki Benedicto, Gie Onida, Eric dela Cruz, Roi Calilong, Kiki Baento, Kat Castillo, Tricia Huseña and Divine Aucina
